My family has been going to Van dragon for years. It’s portions are huge and prices very reasonable. Sui Mai is like they formed pork and shrimp chunks into a ball and wrapped it with noodle. Same can be said about the Har Gow and...the glass noodle is just right and always perfectly steamed. The steamed spare ribs with pumpkin is the best in the city, great sweetness and flavours. Their sticky rice has amazing flavour and isn’t too shrimpy/seafood, just a great blend of minced pork and sticky rice sauce. It gets busy in the afternoon, but if u go before 11am they offer 20% discount on your bill ?More
