I had no intention of dining in during the pandemic, but felt too tired and hungry to make it home. I stopped by and was seated relatively quickly. The restaurant was packed. At that time, I don't think there was a capacity restriction, but there...was plexiglass between booths. the problem is that the bar had no such plexiglass. I was originally seated near the bar and saw two drunk guys laughing loudly. I asked to be moved as was. They appeared to be using every other table, but then a big group of 8 came and sat in a table that was 2 ms away from where I was but certainly was not 2 metres from other booths. They did not have hand sanitizers at each table, but had it at the entry and in the toilets. The food was not great. I ordered the beef vindaloo. While the taste was good, there were maybe only four strips of beef in this thing and load of onions. I spoke with the manager and he took care of this. The donuts were a new addition to the menu (well new for me) and were good. My waitress was wonderful and did a good job of checking in all the time and asking what I needed. She also contacted the manager when there was a problem. The manger was also very friendly. So was the hostess. Full marks for customer service and for restroom cleanliness. I did see the staff cleaning very well between guests too.
