This small unpretentious restaurant serves authentic North Vietnamese fare- with Hue and Hanoi delicacies rounding out the usual Pho offerings. Nicely decorated, with young servers who present well as Vietno-Canadians, there seems to be as much takeout activity as sit-down. We arrived around 3pm for...a bowl of soup (PHỞ GÀ), and ended up with a green mango salad (NỘM ĐU ĐỦ BÒ KHÔ) in addition, plus some fish/pork dim sum like items wrapped in banana leaf (BÁNH BỘT LỌC LÁ CHUỐI). All were good, not too spicy but with the chilli condiments could be heated up to your preferred temperature.... The background music was a bit too loud and for a while stuck on repeat, and the server had to be reminded to bring more tea and omitted a decent serving spoon.
