Just got my butter chicken pizza 2 hours after I ordered. No call or anything. I had to phone in after an hour and a half to figure out what was going on. Then driver calls and says he's 10 minutes away and shows up...in 20. Calls again and says he's downstairs so after another 5 mins waiting in lobby I had to walk outside and find him sitting in his car. Another 5 mins later we're still waiting for the interac machine to find connection (not sure why the other hundred deliveries to the building tonight didn't have issues). Meanwhile, he keeps saying if it doesn't go through he can come back later (seriously?). Finally goes through and gives me $2 off a $40 order for the trouble (2 hour delivery already cost me $4 plus tip puts it at $8). At least I got it, right? I get upstairs and its so cold and hard I can only make it half way through each slice before my jaw starts to ache but Im so hungry and pissed I dont even care at this point. Moral of this story? Stick with doordash or skip so you dont have to deal with these kinds of scams and companies.
