I’ve been eating here for 15 years but this last visit, the bill was questionable. I asked to have the bill for work purposes and the answer was ‘We don’t give bills.’ Perturbed, I insisted. When I was given the bill the Pho was $1.65...more than the menu price. When I asked why, they response that the cheaper price was the lunch menu (indicated no where on the menu) I insisted for the price I read on the menu I ordered from. The answer was ‘no.’ Below are the pictures I took for proof. Here’s the thing... If you need to up your prices, DO! Times are less than favourable right now and businesses are hurting. I absolutely understand raising prices. IF YOU RAISE YOUR MENU PRICE YOU NEED TO MATCH THE MENU TO THE BILLED PRICE. If you fail to do this, you lose the trust of your guests/clientele and then you get reviews like this. Lying about the actual price of an item, and billing, (assuming the guest will miss this), is a very bad business move. I’ve appreciated the 15 years of wonderful food but if this is how you treat your clientele, good luck.
