My daughter and her fiance told us about this great little restaurant. We made the pilgrimage from the downtown core to try it out. It did not disappoint! The quality of the chicken was amazing. Nice thick juicy breast with just the perfect amount of...coating. The best part was the super spicy dry rub applied just before plating. It was amazing. Matt the Chef was just making a fresh batch when we arrived. The buttermilk dill sauce was a great complement to the smoky and spiciness. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I wish they would sell the rub as I would love to buy some for BBQ season.
