The server didn’t come to check how our food was, or ask if we wanted more drinks. We came during the last 30 mins of happy hour (after an afternoon of shopping). The server assumed once we ordered our drinks from the happy hour menu that we didn’t want anything else. We did order food from the regular menu. One our dishes was the spinach dip. We found a hair in it and was not able to let the server know until she brought the bill to us. All she said was “I am sorry” and “I will take it off the bill”. No manager was notified and we left very disappointed in the service.
