I'm reviewing this place after a recent takeout order. I ordered for pick up at 5:40pm, got to the counter at 5:38pm. I did not get my order until 6:04pm. The place was busy but it is quite frustrating to see people walk up, order...and get their order before me. Feeling frustrated, I inquired and they said "we're waiting on fries". I really doubt that was holding up my order! Another woman's order was to be ready at 5:30pm. They handed hers over at same time as me, yet it was missing an appetizer and said it will take 10 minutes to make. I felt so bad for her and they didn't seem bothered (didn't offer any compensation to her). Food is always good here, but on this occasion, and others where I sat in, service is not great.
