Visited Sunday evening for take-out dinner on august 6, 2017. Needed to get food on my walk to greyhound and spotted this place, Pho 223. I took take out cuz I want to eat it at the greyhound station. TASTE: I got the beef vermicelli...and the portion was huge, I couldn’t finish. I would not get it again because I could taste the ginger that was mixed into the beef. Not sure if they put ginger in all their meat but I hate ginger and won’t be going back. They had 2 spring rolls with the order and it has some veggies and meat inside, taste okay. SERVICE: they were really fast at bringing out my take-out. I don’t do take-out often but are they supposed to include tips in already? TOTAL COST was $12.06 and I consider it cheap in relation to the portion. Overall, I will try a different Vietnamese restaurant because this one has ginger in their beef.
