Some of my staff craving for Dim sum almost a year , so I surprised them having dim sum on a patio at Cindy's Chinese restaurant before the long week end , , the restaurant in the neighbourhood for long long time , lot of...local and senior hang out , the place all way packed , the patio is not very big but well follow the Covid 19 guideline , we all feel comfortable and relax , it is not your 5 stars luxury dim sum restaurant , but serve old style traditional dim sum , lot of variety , , I was truly surprised how fresh the steamed Pork Chui Mei ,and the Prawn dumpling , very good size , oh yes do not forget my Chickens feet , the sauce very wonderful and meaty , but the Special Chow Mein too oily , but delicious , lot of left over , ,staff very friendly and helpful , look after me like a king ! ??? may be they remember my face I am too fussy ! reasonable price , good quality and quantity , I do not mind support the local restaurants ,as long as they clear , spacious ,airy and follow the Covid 19 guideline ,I have no problem at all , very busy place is worth the wait avoid week end !More
