The lady that worked on New Years Day should be fired. As someone who has worked in restaurant management, I will say that she knows nothing about how to talk to guests and how service works. I was ordering a drink and all she said...was “you need ID to order that you know”, I don’t know who trained her but a please and thanks would be nice.... when I showed her two pieces of ID (license and credit card) she proceeded to tell me that it was sketchy that my birthday was not on the credit card. On what Canadian credit card is your birthday printed on the card??? I felt like I was being cross examined, mind you I am way over the legal drinking age.... I told her that credit cards don’t have a birthday (maybe she is new to the industry) she then proceeded to say I was attacking her, refused to serve me and ran into the backroom and never came back out... that is not how one solves problems as an adult woman... We just left the restaurant without ordering anything... I will never be taking any of my clients or holding any business meetings at this establishment again, truly unprofessional and childish behaviour from that woman.
