We thought we’d give Eastside Mario’s St. Albert a try again after a bad experience about 5 years ago. Unfortunately nothing has changed, our server was pleasant but was clearly overworked with too many tables because she didn’t listen and had to come back twice to confirm our dinner order. And then long delays for food, sides, second round of drinks, kids dessert etc. I also wasn’t happy with a 15% gratuity being applied because I booked with OpenTable. My fault for not reading the fine print but I love using OpenTable.
