I went here Sunday morning with my best friend for the first time. We were very pleased with the food and the service. Our servers name was Matt and he was great! My friend ordered one of their omelettes (which is huge) and I ordered...the Spicy Italian Sausage poutine (amazing!!!!) It is served with sriracha sauce and I requested it without. When he served our meals he quickly realized that there was a mistake as there was hot sauce and offered to have it remade right away. I was very impressed with that acknowledgment. He could have easily walked away and ignored the mistake like a lot of servers do at other places. It didn’t take very long for a fresh meal to be prepared and a few minutes later his colleague that made the mistake also came out to apologize and to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. That totally blew me away! Service and friendliness go a long way and because of their stellar staff we will be coming back often. We will request to sit away from the door next time because it is like a vacuum and all the cold wind comes in every time the door opens. They need one of those heater fans above the door to keep the cold air out.
