We used Open Table to book our reaervation and were not dissappointed. The location was a few minutes walk from the Royal Alex Theatre, which was perfect for our post 2pm matinee of Come From Away. Our reservation was for 4:30, so we did have some time to kill before heading over to restaurant. (Restaurant opens at 4:30). But once we arrived we were warmly greeted by the gentleman at the door and then promptly seated at our table. Our server was very attentive and efficient (although at times, he did seem over eager with the water jug and unintentionally interrupted our conversation a few too many times). My beau and I took advantage of the Prix Fix menu, $25 for appetizer, main course, and dessert, which is a steal in downtown Toronto. The rest of the menu looked awesome too, but we went for the $25 deal and were not dissappointed. We both chose a delicious goat cheese, basil and tomoto salad as our appetizer. I had the stuffed chicken breast (spinach and proscuitto I believe) with fingerling potatoes and green beans as my main, and my partner had the chicken penne...for dessert we both had thr tiramisu cake....plus we had a 1/2 carafe of chianti (and I had a cup of espresso) for around $100 tax and tip included. The food and ambiance were well worth the price. You are talking Toronto afterall! I highly recommend this estsblishment for a pre or post theatre dinner. Great atmopshere, attentive staff, and fantastic value for all services rendered. Plus this place is slightly off the main drag so not as busy as some spots right on Front Street. Thumbs up to Forget About It Supper Club!! We will be back!!
