I will start by saying that this is not about the food. We made dinner reservations here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After arriving in Montreal we decided to change the time of our reservation so we stopped in to the restaurant. To our shock,...our reservation was not registered and the venue was hosting a huge party that evening. The boss was so apologetic. I was near tears and mentioned it was our anniversary of 51 years. He got on the phone and called a number of Italian restaurants until he booked us at BIS with instructions to treat us like royalty..and they did. I mention this because a place that goes out of their way to make it right, deserves to have our business and yours too.
