Pink Elephant is right around the corner from the Canada line Marine Drive stop and is very convenient for either right before or right after a movie. The restaurant is sparsely decorated and the menu section was not extensive. Service was pretty quick and efficient....I started with the deep fried spring rolls. There was nothing inspiring about these, but they came quickly and were piping hot. I ordered the massaman curry with chicken and a side of jasmine rice. It was delivered in a large bowl, and I could not finish it. The curry was sweet and not spicy, and it contained large pieces of onion and potato. Overall the curry was very good, but I would have been happier if there were more spice in the curry and if the spring rolls were less dry.
