I was in great anticipation of trying Jumak based upon reviews. However, I needed to write this review so that other potential restaurant-goers to Jumak might be provided with a different perspective. In my view, Jumak had one of the lowest quality food of any...restaurant that I have ever been. I basically wasted about $16 on three tiny pieces of beef lost in a sea of greasy noodles (photo attached). I would have gotten more beef than I could almost handle if I had ordered a similar dish in Toronto. Restaurants that I go to and have had what in my view was poor quality food also would not require that I pay for it. This is what restaurants with good customer service do. In contrast, after I expressed concern to Jumak about their rich / oily food which I couldn't eat, they still charged me; and that was even though I bought a big group there. It didn't matter to them. What a rip-off along with bad service!More
