It was a spontaneous decision to visit this joint when walking down West 4th avenue. Leaping ahead, I can say that the food here is excellent. The menu is not too overwhelming, and the flavor is there. Everything we've tried was absolutely delicious, including beef...tongue and tripe. Portions are fair, and prices are acceptable. Service, on the other hand, was rather slow and the first waitress to serve us was not so pleasant to deal with, the second waitress was much better. Also, the washroom was very off-putting, which is never a good sign for a restaurant. So overall experience raised mixed feelings, which is disappointing because the food was excellent. I hope they clean up and work on their service very soon.
