Ordered 2 dishes; one special with pork spring rolls and one order of veggie spring rolls (vegetarian) and they came with meat. Once we opened them up, they were identical to the order of pork spring rolls. I called to make them aware and they...tried convincing me over the phone they were veggie. I walked back over to the restaurant, and instead of offering to either make an order of veggie spring rolls, or refund the money they decided to open all the spring rolls and argue about the filling. There was 3 of the staff doing this at the front of the restaurant, and in front of other customers. I asked twice for a refund (at this point there was no way I was ordering anything else) but they kept avoiding and arguing/ pulling the filling out. I was disgusted that this was how they were behaving, so instead of continuing the “spring roll investigation” or arguing for a refund I chose to leave without getting money back or lunch. They lost a customer for life over $6.95 spring rolls. I will also never again utilize them for our corporate orders, which we did frequently prior to this.
