On the outside, this looks like a take out place where one expects to see a few plastic tables and chairs to satisfy the technical definition of "dine-in". It's actually a real sit-down restaurant and the food is wonderful. I had chicken salad rolls for...an appetizer. They were flavourful with the perfect amount of "crunch". The satay beef noodle soup was very generous and good value for money. I ended up taking home some of the soup as the regular sized bowl is a full meal and then some. The peanut dipping sauce and red pepper vinegar that accompanied the appetizer were delicious as well. Service was prompt and courteous. It seemed like hardly any time at all between the placing of the order and the appearance of the food. So many places are soooo slow. It was a holiday Monday evening, so it wasn't crowded, but I imagine it's much busier most other days.
