I hear so much about these modern noodle place in China Town , very scuzzy area, we dropped in for late lunch , we all feel like noodle to day , very surprised me the restaurant very small , but clean , airy , modern...and cozy atmosphere ,, there signature dish is " Soup Noodle " main focus is Malaysia style and a touch of Chinese flavour , menu is limited , there is about five different style noodle to choose from , my Duck Leg rice noodle very interesting taste ,little on sweet side ,but the meat very tender , my staff order the Beef Noodle , Coconut Mushroom vermicelli and Hot & Sour Pork egg noodle , all look delicious and creative , impressed truly a treat from the old style wonton noodle , absolutely amazing broth , well balance of flavours , be careful if you have Peanut Allergy , lot of the dishes and soup do have peanut in it , so ask the staff before ordering , price very affordable , average under $15 , very friendly staff , best go after 1 pm , not that busy so if you visit China Town , got to try the Fat Mao , it is truly different !More
