My partner nearly swallowed an inch-long glass shard out of his drink. When we brought it to the alleged management/bartender's attention, he confirmed that "Yes, I can see this is from one of our glasses" and tried to line it up with the glass. Then...he asked, quite rudely, "Well, what do you want from me?" When we asked for an apology, all we received was a long pause followed by a very insincere "I apologize." We also alerted him to patrons smoking in the patio area despite no smoking signs and he promptly waved at us and said "Buh-bye, then." How is this acceptable customer service from an alleged manager? Up until this point we had been enjoying our drinks and our meal (minus the smoking on the patio). We weren't even asking for compensation, just an apology and a safety alert that my partner nearly swallowed a shard of glass from their drinkware. Then to be sarcastically told "Buh-bye?" Please, for your own safety and that of anyone dining with you, do not eat or drink here.
