9 of us arrived a 5 for dinner prior to a paint night scheduled in the lounge. We ordered drinks and dinner and drinks came quickly but the food was a long wait. First 2 salads came out, then about 5 minutes later another salad,...then another 5-8 minute wait for the 3 pizzas, 2 came then the 3rd several minutes later. The 2 diners waiting for their pasta dishes were waiting and waiting and the rest of us were almost finished eating when we waved a waitress over to ask her what the problem was. She stated that Pasta is made fresh to order. A bout 5 minutes later the pasta came out. One was piping hot but the Turkey meatballs were not on the plate, the other was peen with pesto and was barely even warm and actually more like a pasta salad. I flagged the waitress over and asked her where the turkey meatballs were, she said something under her breath and I repeated my question. She snapped at me that she had heard me the first time. The manager was called and asked a bunch of questions, was very distracted, stressed and not very accommodating. Two of us asked for more water and the glasses full of water were just slammed down on the table. When paying our bills it was made clear to us that the two pasta ordered which were not even eaten were at no charge. All of us agreed that we would never eat here again. It was a Tuesday night, they were expecting other diners as it was paint night. The food was good but we really wanted to be eating together. I eat out often and can say this is worst food service ever. If I could give it no points I would.
