Located very close to my hotel, I decided to check out Hime as I was craving sushi. I arrived at around 6pm and the place was packed (it’s a small place) - only a seat at the bar was available which was fine as I...was dining alone. The menu offered some standard sushi and sashimi as well as some unique rolls. Poke was also on the menu which is something I just discovered (I’ve never seen this back on the US East Coast). I ordered two rolls: Hime roll and Ocean Red roll which was spicy. Both were very good and nicely presented. Super fresh fish (tuna and salmon) and a generous portion. I also enjoyed a bowl of steamed edamame. Service was very attentive and friendly. Although this was my first time here, I was welcomed and treated like a regular. Prices are very reasonable.
