First of all their App is useless, I have to keep signing into it anytime I go to the store. Their store has been sub-par at best lately. Tonight was the final straw. Store was dirty, there are never any shopping carts inside the store...and if there are, they are filled with garbage. Produce section left much to be desired with limp produce and questionably fresh veggies. Their chopped salad bags are horrible, not even close to the expiry date yet the lettuce inside is all brown. PC chopped salad bags are not like this likely because they don't use metal blades in their chopping process so PC chopped salad bags are fresh and delicious.. Tonight I stopped in quick after work only because it's close to home. Big mistake, once again. Of course no shopping carts inside the doors. And the App, yep have to sign in, I can't be bothered anymore. The Natural Food freezer section was completely empty, every freezer empty. I grabbed a few things, most of the things I wanted, they didn't have. Went to self check out, the first till was not working, the next one was stuck on scale not operating so also not working, the third one I tried, as soon as I started to scan it froze, pressed the help button, and waited and waited. The self check outs are right by the customer service desk, they can see me standing there waiting! Staff sanding around, still no one coming to help. That was it. I grabbed my purse out of the cart, and walked away from the $100 worth of items in my cart, left my cart sitting there and walked out of the store. I won't bother going back. This store has gone way down hill. I'll travel the extra few minutes to Superstore where prices are good, stock is fresh, shelves are loaded and self check out assistance is standing right there at all times as needed!
