I ordered a birthday meal for my son’s birthday. I ordered for delivery via Skip the dishes. The order was delivered quickly, but my son’s burger was completely wet and soggy due to the uncooked egg. I understand that the egg was sunny side but...the egg white should be cooked and not clear and runny and raw. When I called the restaurant to complain the supervisor was apologetic but said they couldn’t compensate or rectify the problem. They suggested I go to the Skip the Dishes app to get compensation. Well they gave me half the cost in credits. For some reason I would think that the restaurant should take responsibility for their food. I have always ordered and picked up my food to avoid third party orders but did not have time so had delivery. The only option for delivery is Skip the dishes. It just leaves me to wonder if Bin 4 cares about the food it provides for Delivery at all. I will not be eating at Bin 4 again.
