So I actually ordered sushi through justeat, which is typically convenient cause you can order straight for delivery and pay through PayPal. This experience that I had with them was not pleasant. Firstly, we didn't mind waiting for our food, as we understood that it...was a Friday and they were probably busy. Keeping that in mind, I didn't expect to wait 2 hours for our food to arrive. On justeat, they had given us an estimated delivery time of 6:15, about an hour after ordering, no problem. 6:30 rolls around and no sushi, so I ring the restaurant only to have them tell me that the delivery driver is delivering multiple orders so it might take a while, again no problem. Around 7, still no sushi. Seeing as we were not even 5 blocks from the actual sushi place, we were quite upset. Called the restaurant again, and she told me that she would check with the delivery driver where they were, put me on hold, then hung up on me! No follow up or anything after that. 20 minutes later, we're leaving the house and the delivery driver finally gets there. We had to send back the order because we did not want the food anymore and the experience was completely ruined for us. Only good thing about this was the fact that we were able to receive a refund for the wait and terrible service we received.
