I've been here a few times now with family over the past couple of years and we've always ordered the hot pot. When they serve it to you, the whole thing is boiling hot and will remain boiling for about 10 minutes because of this...coal-like rock they have burning underneath. Personally, I find that this makes the whole thing a bit too hot to eat, especially if you opt for a spicy broth, so we usually ask them to put the flame out. The service is hit and miss. You'll be lucky if they give you water before you order and don't go expecting them to refill it while you're there. The food usually arrives quickly, but if there are a lot of people there, it can sometimes take a while.
