Amal....just as the name evokes a sophisticated and gorgeous experience from the outside (decor, vibe, crowd), as it is on the inside (food, service, attitude). Not a surprise from one of the city's best restauranteurs and purveyors of experiences....This one was a favourite as are both Byblos locations, for it's Middleterranean cuisine and flare, which included outstanding service by Nadal.....super attentive and appropriately friendly like a brother, Nadal added as much to the experience as the great set up outdoors (Civid-times), and the food. The replacement Prosecco which was presented as a more expensive alternative, had its price adjusted once this MiddleEastern raised an eyebrow, with grace and fun bickering. The puffed up naan was a beautiful and tasty presentation of the staple, accompanied by it's less special flat package variety...which was the only thing I'd do without...I'll be back. And Nadal better still be there!
