Ordered a pizza at 610pm, through their website. Called at 730pm and the pizza order some how was lost. Asked to rush, the order. Andy explained the pizza would be ready when it’s ready ! Well Andy, when the customer has been waiting over 2...hours for a pizza, you could have a little empathy - instead of being a complete jerk, won’t be ordering again.
