Busy new restaurant in St. Boniface offering share plates. Tables were tight to each other so we found it over crowded and a bit noisy. Menu was very interesting. Staff very informed about dishes so able to advise re food allergies. Food arrived at the...table at a nice pace and every dish looked very appetizing. We ordered 5 dishes for the 2 of us. Portions were small for the price. The toasted sour dough (2 slices cut in half) with caramelized onion butter had a wonderful flavour. The tomato salad was very yummy…..marinated tomatoes, a mild basil, and melon chunks. Lots of flavours. The honeyed carrot dish was excellent! So many yummy tastes. The mushroom dish with beet hummus was good but our least favourite. The beef shank with butternut squash risotto was very flavourful and tender. But very little beef for the cost. We enjoyed dinner but left a bit hungry.
