We used to go here when it was the Fraser Flamingo but have not been back for awhile. My cousin said the dim sum was very good so we decided to give it another try. The do have a parking lot at the back but...it was pretty full when we were there so we parked on the street. The restaurant is on the second level. As others have mentioned, the service is not the greatest but we found the food to be very good. A couple of the items that we ordered were better and cheaper than we had at a high end dim sum restaurant in Richmond a month ago. Prices are fair for what you receive. We would return.
