Been a customer for 30 years. Place has changed hands many times, but until now have been happy. Present owners have no clue about customer service. Our order was missing one dish, we phoned and got a 15 minute argument that the dish was included,...when it was not. And they refused to send out the dish we paid for and did not receive.
