We arrived in Victoria on our cruise ship on Sunday evening. We were heading to bubble tea in Chinatown, but unfortunately, learned the place there was closed. Luckily someone in the nearby shop recommended we check out the place across from the library. We were...greeted with two warm, young, people eager to serve us! Note that the selection was more limited than in chinatown, BUT the tea was delicious nonetheless. The decor is funky, and it's a good place for a photo. The music videos on the tv in the restaurant make the atmosphere even more genuine. A good bubble tea alternative if you can't go as far as chinatown, or if the Bubble Tea Place is closed.
