First, I must mention that this was weals my go to place for breakfast in the 90's and after, I know the owner, the waitresses and the food was consistently great and had a warm and homy feel. So have not been back from many...years cause am no longer close as am another part of town, So passed by on a Sunday and was close so decided to stop by to revive old memories. So disappointed!!!!! The place has been renovated a bit, that's cool. The place was 30 percent capacity (so kinda quiet) waited at least 10 minutes for waitress to take my order, then had to come back to ask if it was brown toast and how I wanted my eggs, 5 minutes later another waitress showed up to ask for my order (that's when I should off left), then my breakfast got there, sausage under cook, and the rest not very good. The worst part was the wait for the bill to get out of there. Poor food, poor service, mediocre waitress, Breakfast is suppose to be screw-up proof, isn't it?More
