My partner and I ate here for the first time not really know what to expect - the decor is loud and boisterous, and feels both exciting and cavernesque. If it does lean (in a fun way) into tacky, the food absolutely does not -...we were blown away by how elegantly and perfectly executed each dish was. We had the Voodoo Shrimp and the catfish on our first visit, and the jambalaya on a later visit, and everything was just mindblowingly good, cooked to absolute perfection. They've got great cocktails too (albeit some were on the strong side)! All in all, an interesting restaurant to have some amazing food in.
