Following our love of chocolate and a TripAdvisor recommendation, we stopped by here on the way into Quebec City: what a good choice! For $11.95 CAD (about $9 USD), we got a salad, a sandwich with excellent bread, and a memorable pastry (mine was pistachio...mousse, which I loved and had never seen or even knew existed). I also bought a chocolate bar for later nibbling. We four had different sandwiches and different desserts and were all quite happy with our choices. It was a bit cold to sit out so we sat together with a pair of the two-person tables. At 2 pm lunch, it was busy but not crowded. If we lived nearby, we would be highly regular customers; as is, one of the more memorable hours of our trip.
