So disappointed. We went on Saturday, just after it opened. The person on the till had no idea what he was doing. I was over charged and we had to repeat what we wanted several times. When the food arrived, I was given something not even close to what I ordered. The chicken was thinner than a pancake (ordered the crispy chicken sandwich) and the tots were so greasy. We've been before but man this place has gone downhill. No one ever came back to see how our food was and we left without discussing the issues because they didn't seem to even have enough staff to deal with the people that were now arriving. Won't be back anytime soon. Such a bad experience
