We usually dine there on special occassions like birthdays. My last visit was on Mothers Day for dinner. The restaurant is located in the underground level. On Mothers Day, the A/C didn't work. Only a few electric fans were used as a substitute. The crab...meat soup has lots of broken fragments of shell and bones. It was hard to swallow. For the hot pot of duck with chestnut, there is absolutely no chestnut. They replaced it with cheaper lotus roots. We complained to the waiter a few times. After that the waiter tried to stop serving us. We didn't give any tips as a result.The cashier commented that it was up to us not to tip them. She also said there was no complaints from other customers and they all gave tips.I noticed customers left right away as soon as they finished their food. It was just too hot to stay inside.
