I called to reserve their upstairs room for an event. First he tells me it's reserved then he comes back and says it's available. After confirming and making arrangements and changing my invitations he calls me back with the excuse that someone else took the...reservation with the original customer after they cancelled. Nonsense, extremely disorganized, unprofessional.
