Our girls soccer team traveled to Ottawa for a soccer tourney. The girls (age 12) sat together for team bonding, and were continually harassed to be quiet and hurry up and order. Meals were missed or completely wrong, and no apologies. Waitress tried to take...a 50% tip from my daughter... as she didn't bring back change and I had to chase her down. Parents were not permitted to sit near the team... even though space was available. One of the brothers tried to sit with his sister at the table, and the owner made him leave... so we had to squeeze him at the end of our table. I ordered a 12oz, $30 steak... which also had a 9 oz version for $20. When the 4 steaks were brought out... mine was smaller than the $20 ones others ordered, and was told it wasn't (my eyes work quite fine, thank you). Would not return again. Go to the Mexican place 1 minute away, it's worth the experience!More
