small restaurant with a very basic layout; paper napkins, beer in bottles (no glasses offered), "Mexican Sandwiches" in baskets, and limited menu. Many things that I have never seen in a Mexican restaurant - sandwiches? Many things that I would have expected weren't there -...no ceviche, no chile rellanos. More of a diner than a restaurant. BUT the food we got was tasty and filling and a good price. If I were rating on just the food I'd go to Very Good but with all of the other items included I have to go to Average. Each day has drink and food specials that seem very reasonable - Mexican beer for $5!More
