Went onsite to check out place before ordering for the first time. It is small & not inviting to eat onsite as there are only a few stools by the front window. Take out is their primary business. It looked clean enough so I placed...an order. I mostly eat Sashimi and order a role occasionally. Sake (Salmon) was perfect. Fresh & melting in my mouth. White Tuna could have been better. Maguro (Red Tuna) & Tako (octopus) were great Not sure what happened with the Hand Roll. By the time I got home (20 minutes) the seaweed was falling apart and leaving a residual on my hands. It was chewy and hard to ‘cut’ the seaweed with my teeth.
