My son wanted Bourbon chicken today, so while we were at Woodbine centre, I got him home fries, broccoli and their famous signature Bourbon chicken (his usual order). After his 2nd bite, he said the home fries were disgusting (over cooked) and the chicken wasn’t...cooked. He didn’t like it one bit. Now, we ALWAYS go to Bourbon at Fairview mall and he LOVES IT, so him not liking the food at Woodbine, was a bit concerning for me. So I tried it and the only thing decent was the broccoli. I brought the food back seeing how he only had a few bites and told them we’re not happy with the taste of the food and I would like a refund. They argued with me for about 4 minutes, just to tell me that I cannot get a refund but I could get something else. I said why would I want something else when what I ordered was so horrible. I rate them 1 star because their broccoli was decent but their customer service, along with their chicken and home fries were disgusting.
