I was worried when ordering online from this store after reading the negative reviews about their customer service. I was especially worried when, after going ahead and ordering online from them, that I had a problem with both items in my order. My experience with...their customer service was NOTHING like what I had read! The real person I spoke with was friendly and went ridiculously above and beyond to make things right – even though, at the end of the day, the error in the order was MY fault (in how I placed the order). While on the phone I was emailed a pre-paid return label and instructions to very easily return the item for a full refund. Rachel (the person I worked with) then walked me through how to place an order for the right items that would ensure I got what I wanted. She then went further by adjusting the price of a new item to match the lower price of the wrong item I had initially ordered as a courtesy! Are you kidding?! I then received follow-up emails about the process that showed genuine care about their customers! So, please, ignore the negative reviews about their customer service. You could only wish that the customer service every placeelse you shop from would be this good. The customer service is OUTSTANDING!!More
