We had our usual family reunion dinner at the Ridge Garden Restaurant, yesterday. This is the family's favourite dinning place - a low key suburban restaurant that serves Cantonese style food. As we know the owner Michael very well, we do get good service and...recommendation for the food order. The house specailty is the steamed egg with pork , honey pork ribs and the crabs cooked in several ways. We ordered the crab that is cooked with garlic, ginger and shallot - very nice.
