Attended brunch on Sunday for my moms birthday and it was a horrible experience. Elevators were not turned on until after 1030am so you couldnt access resturant. When we went to the buffet to start our breakfast, serving untensils at the stations werent all there and condiments missing (syrup, ketchup, sour cream). Not all menu items had been brought out such as bacon and sausage and no one set up at the omlette station (this was like 10:45am). Brought our meals back to table and food was cold. Found out half the burners were on and half weren't. The buns coming from oven were also burnt on the tops and carving station meat was over done. Went to try and finish our breakfast with a nice dessert and although the apple crumble cake was delicious the red velevt cake was hard. I just can't believe that a nice resturant like this would turn out to be such a bad experience and have awful food. The server was very apologetic and friendly to discuss issues with. She tried to get us all the missing things we needed to enjoy breakfast. She felt horrible and didnt know what was going on - she was so upset she was ready to walk. I definately don't think Ill be back anytime soon. No manager even present to talk to. The server had to phone and talk to the manager?
