For my wife birthday I decide finally to go to Mangia Cucina of chef Alessandro. When you walk inside the “house” you are welcome from family, you feel like in Italy with Signora Paola and chef Alessandro and the knowledgeable Federica. The food: We start...with ArancinA and Cozze, were amazing, coming from the land of cozze ( Taranto) and arancinA ( Palermo). Primo Spaghetti alle vongole (clams) cooked at the perfection, and the rest.. you should go and try, the swordfish and any special meal cooked in traditional Italian way. As Italian chef I have great problem to suggest an Italian restaurant in B.C. but, if you can’t go in Italy right now, is worth the “trip” to Mangia Cucina. Grazie for your hospitality.
