We have been to the buffet at Glenmore quite a few times, however it has steadily gone downhill. Went with the family for the Easter Brunch. Waited 20 minutes and then told our table had been ready the whole time and we knew about it...(?). Then split our party into 2 round tables instead of our usually long one. Very crowded. Very few choices for food. Eggs were good with choice of scrambled, omelette or eggs benedict, however very few salad choices, seafood area not on ice, most of the dessert plates were empty by the time we got there. Service was terrible with plates piling up on tables. No refill offered for coffee. Gratuity added automatically. Discount provided to 2 members of the family, the rest charged full price. When asked why they would not have give the discount to our whole group because of the issues, we were advised "they come here more often", in other words they could care less about the rest of the people at the table. Will not be going there again. Would not recommendMore
