I am a delivery driver, a new one on the job. And of course, I am not a native speaker. This afternoon, a hot and humid one, after long hours of working from morning, I had a delivery from this restaurant. New to the job,...I could not find it based on GPS. So, I called them to ask where they are located. A young boy picked the phone and said they are located next to the TD bank. I can't remember when I repeated the information for clarification I said "beside" or what he thought that I said "inside". He said "not in the bank. Oh my GGOODD". His tone was also very disrespectful... Is this how you treat your clients? I was delivering food to YOUR customers. I was not expecting a cold glass of water. I was not expecting a disrespect either. I have never been in your restaurant before and I will never be. However, I believe a change of attitude and better behaviour will serve your restaurant better. Good luck!More
